The Earl of Boyne
The Earl of Boyne, one of Bootstrap’s Cambridge cocktail compatriots, is a true gentleman as the definition goes.  Although disentailed and removed from the family estate for losing their yacht in a pickup polo match, he was allowed to retain the title of Earl and is given a small stipend on which to maintain his standard of living.
Forced to pick a career with no training he easily obtained work as a lawyer. He has found the traditional and stuffy atmosphere of the British legal system strangely refreshing and now caters to the whims of England’s rosy-cheeked and anemic aristocrats.
Today he can be found musing about life in the bar of many a Mayfair club, and has graciously offered to put some of his deeper thoughts into writing for the pleasure of TBG’s readers.
